The staff is friendly and courteous. The receptionist is always top-notch, and the audiological expert cleaned my hearing aids for free. As I am past the 12-month free visits with the most recent hearing aids I purchased there, today’s visit was supposed to cost $65.00. The expert discussed many payment options with me, scheduled me for a free hearing evaluation in a few weeks, and waived the $65.00 office charge for today!
I have been dealing with several offices to get my hearing problem corrected and no one could help me. Your staff member Wayne went above and beyond to help me and I think I have a new friend. He also did a great job matching the equipment with my skin tone .

I was taken in on time !! Dr saw a possible within one ear and suggested that I see an ENT first before recommending hearing aids . Also did a complete hearing test . I will definitely follow up with this office . I do recomend !
